There are increasing demands on public sector organisations to share information and ideas on how they can work together more effectively.
But to date that has been hampered by the lack of a common platform by which partners and stakeholders can communicate.
Information Data Exchange
Using Bridge you can manage the information flow between stakeholders and from local to central government. As part of our Information Data Exchange solution, Bridge is a centrally hosted application so is quick to deploy and easily updated to accommodate changes in existing systems or reporting requirements.
Run from our data centres, designed to the latest international security standards, Bridge Data Exchange and Submissions Manager together improve and control the information flow - locally, regionally and nationally.
Get in the flow
To help you to share information and control the flow of data between your organisation, stakeholders and partners, Bridge Data Exchange lets you:
- Share information – by automating the extraction of data from your core housing benefit system.
- Ease the burden of upward reporting – by enabling data to be submitted electronically, automation frees resources from the task of gathering and reporting performance information to DWP.
- Improve the quality of your information – through validation routines that spot likely anomalies before data is reported.
| Bridge Data Exchange features: |
Electronic submission of all STATS returns to DWP -
For the past two years the Bridge product has
successfully facilitated validation, cleansing and
secure transmission of the STATS 121, 122, 124 and 124A
returns to the DWP.
From April 2008, the Single Housing Benefits Extract
(SHBE) will be used by the DWP to extract and derive
performance data from Local Authorities, replacing the
returns previously required.
The Bridge solution has been aligned with the DWP's
requirements in relation to the new Single Housing
Benefit Extract enabling our customers to maintain full
control of their performance information prior to
submission to the Department.
