Regional NPMF User Group

What is it?

Regional NPMF User Groups have been established and are managed by the corresponding regional Performance Manager and form part of the NPMF Governance Framework.  They include the NPMF Champions from participating Local Authorities and meet on a regular basis to share knowledge and best practice, so as to move NPMF forward, making sure it develops over time to reflect the needs of Local Authorities.

These groups will review suggested changes to the framework and any other issues related to NPMF, and determine whether to make recommendations to the national NPMF group for national adoption.  The national NPMF group will act as the key governing body for the NPMF programme.  It has responsibility for ensuring that the NPMF functions appropriately and will act as the authority responsible for resolving any issues related to NPMF.  The national NPMF group will discuss and resolve all performance matters referred by the regional NPMF User Groups and the regional Performance Managers.
